Zedric Hernandez

I’m Zedric Hernandez, an AI automation consultant based in the Philippines with a Computer Science background. Over three years I’ve built and shipped 19 documented systems — GoHighLevel automation, AI receptionists, and Stripe-driven retention flows for coaches, clinics, studios, and service businesses, plus custom software (Next.js, Supabase, Expo/React Native, FastAPI) when a workflow tool isn’t enough: booking platforms, ad-spend-to-sales dashboards, mobile apps, and AI-assisted products.

Every build ships with documentation and a handover walkthrough so the team that inherits it can run it without me. All client work is under NDA — no names, no logos, no screenshots — described here by category and proven with real metrics and redrawn system diagrams instead.

How I work

Map, wire, hand over.

I map the system before I touch anything live, build it to draft, verify it against the real account, and hand it over fully documented so you own it outright.

  1. 01

    Map

    Before anything live is touched, I write down what already exists: the triggers, the tags, the stages, the places two things fire at once. Most engagements find something broken in this step — a workflow that saved cleanly and did nothing, a confirmation with no payment behind it. You get the map either way.

  2. 02

    Wire

    I build to draft, then verify against the real account rather than the builder preview. Every entry point writes a known tag, every stage has a written exit condition, and nothing goes live on a condition that is not on the list agreed in the map.

  3. 03

    Hand over

    The build ships with documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and a plain-language handbook. It runs on tools you own, under your logins, so the day the engagement ends nothing depends on me being reachable.
